“You can have everything in life. Like, we’re the Beatles aren’t we? We can have anything that money can buy. And all the fame we could dream of. And then what? It isn’t love. It isn’t health. It isn’t peace inside. Is it?” - George Harrison

iPad CONTEST/GIVEAWAY!
It is the season of giving after all, right? :D
I’m giving away a 32gb (WiFi only) iPad! I bought this primarily for a long flight I took and thought I’d use it more. But I actually only used it on the flight so its only been used ONCE! I will do a complete wipe of the iPad before I send it to the winner. It comes with the charger, manual, etc… everything that it originally came with. Oh and its in PERFECT condition :)
THE RULES
- You must reblog to enter & you must be following me.
You must do/be doing both. And I WILL check.- YOU CAN LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD :)
- Winner must contact me within 24 hrs of being announced as winner.
- Contest will end December 15 at 10AM PST. I will post the winner shortly after that time.
How I am going to select the winner:
I am going to copy/paste the notes into a word document. I will number the notes (which will be a pain for me, but I’m doing for you guys!). Then I will have a random number generator choose a number. If your “note” is that number, then you are the winner!
How can you increase your chances of winning?
- Reblogging my other posts. If I consistently see that you reblog other posts of mine, then I will enter your name in two additional times. So I will enter your name two times at the bottom of the list of notes, tripling your chances.
If you have any questions just ask! :)
Good luck guys and HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

Cafe Antonio Sessions X: Indie Music Fest, November 13, 2010
Let me tell you what I think about Cafe Antonio.
Well, when these entrepreneurs started their cute lil shop along lopez avenue, my friends and I decided that that would be OUR place. It’s the place to chat, to bond, to “review”, to have good foods and heavenly well-prepared drinks by our most favorite baristas (who generously gives out freebies when it’s your birthday! BTW, mine’s on the 20th of November).
And then they moved out from that lil place and now situated at LB Square. And amidst the loudness of the bars that surround them, the ambiance that we have loved from Cafe A remains. Although we can’t do anything for the open area, Cafe A then came up with this great, rather, AWESOME idea to celebrate indie music from the artistically abundant musicians of Los Banos.
A friend of mine once said that the ARTS in Elbi is dusty. That compared to Diliman, arts here isn’t celebrated as much as it should be. And that we live in the mainstream rather than supporting the indies. Well, thanks to Cafe A, we now have an avenue for those uncelebrated ARTS to sprung into life again. I have attended their open mic sessions, their tribute nights to some artists, and now the Indie Music Fest. AWESOME IDEA YOU GUISE.
Now, Cafe Antonio does not only promise us with good food and drinks, nice and friendly baristas, or a perfect place to hang out with friends. It now promises appreciation and recognition to the ARTS that we thought we have lost to some mainstream artists who sells arts just for money. Gotta love your own breed of artists eh? :)
